April is a month of color. Spring-green grass, yellow flowers, purple eggs, rain-washed azure skies.
In 2015, April’s colors seem to come from Van Gogh’s Aries palette. Each brush stroke—light or dark—is a unit of life unto itself.
On Wednesday, April 1, a morning connection from Moon to Neptune helps us connect our imaginations with the vibration of mirth as we move into April Fool’s Day, and serves to remind us that visualization and humor are both choices we can make throughout the month as we enjoy the vitality of Aries, the fertile abundance of Taurus and the intense Plutonian portals that lay ahead.
Holding to the brightness will help us stay on the beneficent side of one of the month’s major events, the Total Lunar Eclipse of April 4 that will grace the morning sky in much of North America and will also be visible in Asia, Australia, much of South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, Arctic, and Antarctica.
The cycle that seeded this April 4 Full Moon began two weeks ago, at the first eclipse of the year on March 20.
