Maya's October Travel Advisory

by Maya del Mar

In general, October is a good month for traveling. However, if possible, avoid traveling on October 6, October 14, October 22-26, and October 30. Notice that we have very little VOC time during the month, and that is helpful.

October 1-5. Fine.

October 6. Moon eclipses Mars, and Sun squares Saturn and Chiron. This is a setup for problems.

October 7-12. Fine.

October 13. OK, but challenging squares could make difficulties. Make sure your brakes work, and that you stop when you should.

October 14. Mercury squares Saturn to put obstacles in our paths.

October 15-17. Excellent.

October 18. Don’t start on a trip today, with VOC moon apt to throw it off balance.

October 19-21. Excellent.

October 22. It’s probably fine, but Neptune turns direct today, and stationing planets always introduce a shift of energy with unknown consequences.

October 23. OK.

October 24. Not good. We are all apt to feel stressed-out and tense, which is not conducive to a good trip.

October 25. Saturn turns retrograde today. This is another off-balance day.

October 26. Moon occults Venus today. Unstable.

October 27-29. Especially favorable.

October 30. Mercury squares Neptune. Could be confusion in driving.

October 31. Excellent.
