Maya's September Travel Advisory

by Maya del Mar

September has mixed travel signals. On the one hand, Jupiter and Mercury, our main travel planets, are well supported. On the other hand, Yods and quincunxes abound, and they tend to make us accident-prone. I plan to travel, will let you know. I said I’d let you know about the Saturn opposition, Mercury station weekend of July 23-24. Our trip went very smoothly. The best tip always is to be alert. That means no distractions on the road, like eating, drinking, or cell phones. And pay attention to your vehicle as well as to the road.

There are long periods of VOC moon. That’s fine for a trip continuation, but best not to start then. The most important “start” is when you’re in the vehicle and begin moving.

September 1. Good travel aspects, but Pluto is now stationary-direct, and explosive situations can pop up from “nowhere” today and tomorrow.

September 2. Not good. Moon is VOC from 7:44 a.m. EDT to 3:56 p.m. Pluto turns direct today, and it is the vulnerable dark-of-the-moon period.

September 3. Fine.

September 4. Not so good. Moon squares Pluto this morning, and then goes VOC at 11:39 a.m.

September 5-6. Excellent.

September 7. VOC moon from 4:33 a.m.-2:10 p.m. Other aspects only fair.

September 8. Excellent.

September 9. Poor. Moon is VOC from 3:31 a.m.-10:03 p.m. EDT. Two non-moon aspects can be difficult for travel.

September 10. OK.

September 11. Good in the morning until noon. At noon Pluto gets involved, and the day is VOC after 12:52 p.m.

September 12. Excellent.

September 13. Excellent, until Moon goes VOC at 2:22 p.m.

September 14. Accidents are possible today. Better after 10:18 a.m.

September 15. Fine, until Moon goes VOC at 4:23 p.m. EDT.

September 16. Very early morning is dangerous. The rest of the day is fine.

September 17. Good.

September 18. Fine.

September 19. Fine until Moon goes VOC at 6:36 p.m.

September 20-23. Good.

September 24. Moon is VOC all day, from 8:57 a.m.-10:10 p.m. Otherwise OK.

September 25-26. Good.

September 27. Excellent after Moon enters Leo at 10:03 a.m.

September 28. Excellent.

September 29. Fine in the early morning, but Moon goes VOC at 11:12 a.m., and is void until nearly 11 o’clock tonight.

September 30. Good.
